소개 / Introduction

작은 꿈꾸는 미이라 꼬미 캐릭터를 완성하는 일은 쉽지 않습니다. 성공하는 캐릭터의 기존 자료에만 의존하면 항상 뭔가 부족하게 느껴집니다.
“Finalizing Kkomi, the little dreaming mummy, isn’t easy. Relying only on existing references never feels enough.”

캐릭터 디자인 고민 / Creator’s Thoughts

꼬미가 다양한 세계와 배경을 여행하는 이유는 단순합니다. 우리는 이제 막 시작했을 뿐이고, 아직 충분한 데이터가 없기 때문입니다.
“Kkomi travels through all kinds of different worlds and backgrounds. The reason is simple: we’re just getting started, and there isn’t enough data yet.”

가장 큰 도전은 캐릭터와 배경 사이의 불일치감을 최소화하는 것입니다. 인형 같은 캐릭터가 현실 세계에 들어와 우리와 함께 살아간다면 어떤 느낌일까요? 조금 섬뜩하지 않나요?
“The biggest challenge is minimizing the sense of disconnect between the character and the background. What happens when a doll-like character steps into real life and starts living among us? It feels a bit creepy, doesn’t it?”

아이러니하게도, 꼬미가 현실적으로 보일수록 그의 세계는 더 애니메이션처럼 느껴집니다.
“Ironically, the more real Kkomi becomes, the more animated his world looks.”

* 불면증 꼬마 미이라 ‘꼬미’는 루시드 드림을 통해 꿈속에서 슈퍼히어로가 됩니다.
The little insomniac mummy, “Kkomi,” becomes a superhero in her dreams through lucid dreaming.

꼬마 미이라 꼬미가 꾸는 ‘루시드 드림’은 에피소드 형식으로 연재됩니다.
The episodes follow Kkomi’s “lucid dreams” in a serialized format.

슈퍼 꼬미 액션과 현실감 / Super Kkomi Action & Realism

슈퍼 꼬미는 주로 액션 중심이기 때문에, 영화를 보는 듯한 느낌을 살리는 것이 더 재미있습니다.
Since Super Kkomi is mostly action-oriented, making it feel like a real movie is actually more fun.

꼬미의 세계에서 현실은 애니메이션 같고 꿈속이 더 현실같죠. 루시드 드림의 특징이 그렇습니다.
In Kkomi’s world, reality feels animated while the dream feels more real — that’s the nature of lucid dreaming.

솔직히 지금은 슈퍼꼬미가 유명 슈퍼히어로들과 같은 수준은 아니지만, 언젠가 사람들에게 인지될 캐릭터가 될지도 모릅니다.
“Honestly, it’s not yet on the same level as big-name superheroes, but someday, Super Kkomi might become someone people recognize.”

캐릭터의 공간과 의미 / Character’s Space & Meaning

우리는 단순히 캐릭터를 만드는 것이 아니라, 꼬미가 마침내 존재할 수 있는 공간을 만들고 있습니다. 그리고 어쩌면 그 과정에서 우리 자신이 우리의 자리를 찾아가는지도 모릅니다.
“We’re not just building a character; we’re building the space where Kkomi can finally belong. And maybe, in the process, we’re finding our place too.”
